Bass Club Manager
Terms of Use
Last updated October 17, 2026
These Terms apply to bassclubs.org, the Bass Club Manager platform, and club websites created with the platform. By creating an account, accepting a club invitation, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
About the service
Bass Club Manager provides tools for fishing clubs to manage seasons, rosters, locations, tournaments, weigh-in results, scoring, payouts, and club website content. Features may change as the service is developed.
Club accounts are currently offered free of charge. The platform does not currently process subscription payments. If paid plans or paid features are introduced, their prices and applicable payment terms will be shown before a club signs up for them.
Accounts and club administrators
- Provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential, and promptly update information that changes.
- You are responsible for activity through your account. Notify us if you suspect someone else has accessed it.
- Club owners and administrators control who has access to their club workspace and are responsible for removing access when it is no longer appropriate.
- Use the platform only if you are legally able to agree to these Terms. Accounts are intended for adults.
Club content and public websites
You or your club retain ownership of content you submit. You give Bass Club Manager permission to host, store, resize, format, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service and publish the club website you configure. This permission continues while the content remains in the service and for a reasonable period in backups or as required by law.
Club administrators are responsible for the accuracy and legality of club content, including schedules, results, payout information, bylaws, personal information, and photos. Only submit information you are authorized to use and publish. Obtain any releases or parent/guardian permissions required for people shown or identified in content.
Club websites are public. Information placed on a public page may be viewed, copied, indexed, or cached by other people and services. Removing content from Bass Club Manager may not remove copies held elsewhere.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, upload malicious code, send spam, harass or threaten others, probe or disrupt platform security, gain unauthorized access, or interfere with another club’s account or data. You may not misrepresent your authority to manage a club or publish its content.
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, clubs, the service, or the public.
Ads and external services
Rotating advertisements may appear in the footer of public club websites. Advertisers are responsible for their offers and linked destinations. Bass Club Manager does not endorse or guarantee an advertiser’s products or services. The platform may also link to third-party services such as map providers; your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Our materials and your feedback
Bass Club Manager’s software, branding, and site design are owned by or licensed to the platform operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of them to you. You may use the service for your club’s ordinary operations, subject to these Terms.
If you send suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use them to improve the service without payment or obligation to you.
Availability, suspension, and termination
We work to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free calculations, or permanent storage. Keep copies of important club records. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations, security concerns, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Clubs are responsible for checking tournament entries, standings, payout calculations, and public information before relying on or publishing them.
To the extent permitted by law, Bass Club Manager and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms as the service changes. The current version and its last-updated date will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
